Marriott Hartford/Windsor Airport Hotel – Hotel near airport in Windsor

Our 24th Wedding Anniversary stay at the hotel was a spacious, clean, and lovely experience, perfect for celebrating a cozy getaway. The room had a beautiful view, but it was uncomfortably warm. Unfortunately, despite being on the Consierge level, breakfast was not complimentary as expected, which was a downside, especially during the weekend.

Our stay was characterized by a mix of positives and negatives. The suite we stayed in was spacious and accommodating for our family's needs, but it lacked a dining area which would have been convenient. The staff provided helpful assistance when our daughter and baby grandson were with us. However, there were issues with service as promised actions were not fully delivered on. The hotel's location, although not in Hartford as the name might suggest, was between Hartford and Springfield and close to the airport, making it suitable for road warriors but somewhat secluded. The dining options, while offering the basics, were limited, and the value for money could be debated. The hotel's facilities met our expectations without standing out, providing what was needed for a standard stay.

Our stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The room, while comfortable for us, was not as spacious as we expected from the pictures. The service, especially from Siobhan, was lovely and welcoming, although the shuttle being late was a bit inconvenient. The location was good, easy to access, but needed some attention in terms of cleanliness. The dining experience had its limitations but managed to cater to different tastes. Overall, a mixed experience but with some positive highlights.
